Dear Neighbor:
We are writing today to encourage you to attend the annual meeting May 9th and to vote on the proposed amendments to the covenants. We recommend that you submit your proxy ballot by email or USPS in advance. However, if you can attend the Annual Meeting, your proxy will be returned in order for you to cast your vote in person. There are important issues to be addressed and your participation is important.
In order to promote a better understanding of the issues, we are holding several informational meetings at the clubhouse. The dates and times of those meetings are as follows:
Saturday, April 27th from
8:30 to 10:00
Tuesday, April 30th from
5:30 to 6:30
Sunday, May 5th from
3:00 to 4:30
You can also leave your ballot at one of these meetings.
Again,we encourage you to attend one of the informational meetings
and the annual meeting as well.
